    Abstract
The Information Literacy Credit Course Survey was administered during the summer of 2014 to a stratified random sample of academic libraries in the United States (public and private, including for-profit). The principal purpose of the survey was to obtain information about librarian involvement in information literacy instruction taught as credit courses.
